  • Non-refundable tickets do not qualify for refunds under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation-Based Refunds

If you request a cancellation, any refund amount will be processed based on the airline’s cancellation and refund guidelines. FWCTravel service fees, convenience fees, or processing charges (if applied) are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations must be made before departure.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in zero refund.
  • Any additional charges or penalties will be deducted by the airline.

3. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved by the airline, FWCTravel will initiate the refund to your original mode of payment. The processing timeline may vary depending on the airline, bank, or payment gateway.

  • Refund initiation time: 3–7 business days after airline approval.
  • Bank processing time: 5–14 business days (may vary by bank/payment provider).
  • Refunds will be issued only to the payment method used during booking.

4. Flight Cancellations by the Airline

If the airline cancels or reschedules the flight, refund eligibility will be based on the airline’s compensation policies. FWCTravel will assist in submitting refund or rebooking requests but is not responsible for the airline’s decision or processing time.

5. No-Show Policy

If a passenger fails to board the flight without prior cancellation, the booking will be marked as a “no-show.” Most airlines do not offer refunds for no-show cases.

6. Service Fees

Any service fee charged by FWCTravel (if applicable) is strictly non-refundable. This includes convenience fees, support fees, and booking assistance charges.

7. Modifications & Refund Changes

Airlines may revise their fare rules or refund guidelines at any time. Refund amounts may change until the airline confirms the request. Users are encouraged to review applicable airline policies before booking.
